
Jubilee Cup 2016 is a national sports event, where Ismailis from all over the UK Jurisdiction of all ages and abilities can meet, compete and unite.

1. Register online and play a sport
Individual and team sports that will be played on the day include:
- Badminton – Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles
- Cricket – Men’s 6 a side (Indoor)
- Football – Under 12s – 5 a side (Indoor); Under 16s – 6 a side; Men’s – 7 a side
- Netball – Under 16s, Women’s
- Squash – Men’s, Women’s

All spectators go free and there are a number of free activities to enjoy
- Early Years Club for Under 5s
- Climbing for under 14s
- Free play table tennis
- Bingo for all of the family

Hertfordshire Sports Village is conveniently located on St Albans Road West, just off the A1M, part of the Hatfield Business Park, just 5 minutes from the M25. Parking is widely available.
Alternatively, buses are available from Hatfield Town Centre. Hatfield Railway station is on the Great Northern line and is 2 miles from Hertfordshire Sports Village.

Who is this event for?
This is an event for members of the Ismaili community, their spouses and children.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes there is plenty of parking available.
Where do I do upon arrival?
If you are playing indoor sports, register inside the main building. If you are playing outdoor sports, registration will take place outside inside the pavillion by New Generation football pitches and netball courts.
- Indoor sports are Badminton, Cricket, Squash and Under 12s football
- Outdoor sports are Netball, Under 16s, Men’s and Women’s Football.
Are there changing rooms and shower facilities on site?
Yes. There are changing rooms for gents and ladies both inside the main building and by the outside pitches and courts too.
Can people with disabilities access Hertfordshire Sports Village?
People with disabilities can access all areas of Hertfordshire Sports Village. There is a disabled lift for ease of movement around the site.
Do I need to pay if I am just coming to watch?
No. Spectators go free and are most welcome!
There are lots of activities available for spectators to enjoy. These include Early Years Club for Under 5s, Climbing for Under 12s, Table Tennis and Bingo for all of the family.
As well as the free activities there are a number of sports you can watch. There is a dedicated indoor viewing gallery for spectators watching badminton and under 12s football. All spectators are invited to watch the indoor sports from the viewing gallery. Outside there are benches where spectators can watch under 16s, men’s and women’s football as well as under 16s and women’s netball.

What is the Early Years Club?
The Early Years Club is an activity zone for 0-5 year olds. Young children, accompanied with their parents, can learn through play with various activities including an arts & crafts corner, soft play, baby yoga, obstacle courses and face painting. All activities are subject to availability and demand.
How does the Climbing work?
A qualified instructor will deliver a taster session and teach participants how to climb using the right techniques. The 12m high wall provides a challenging climbing surface for all grades of climbers from beginners to advanced. Pre register and confirm your place by e-mailing Akysb.sports@iiuk.org.
Will there be food and beverages available?
Inside the main complex there is a full service coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee and other hot drinks. They also serve cold drinks, sandwiches and a range of healthy and indulgent snacks.
Registered sports participants will receive a lunch bag as part of their contribution, which includes a wrap, packet of crisps, drink and snack bar.
What awards will be given out on the day?
There will be two awards ceremony for indoor sports and outdoor sports respectively at the end of the day.
