Stories on the Rooftop

AKYSB’s new initiative for youth aged 18-35 is an opportunity to experience diversity, arts and culture through personal narratives and storytelling.

Join us for the following interactive and intimate sessions to be held in the Library, Ismaili Centre starting at 7:45pm

• Tuesday 30^th August: ‘An experiential introduction to Mindfulness.’ Taslim Tharani, Organisational Psychologist and Mindfulness Practitioner.
• Tuesday 27^th September: ‘A journey from Kabul to Gaza.’ Laila Nazarali, Human Rights Officer, UN.
• Tuesday 11^th October: ‘Conversation with Dr Zahra Jessa.’ Optometrist, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Action for Blind People.
